The film, aimed at middle- and high-school students, explains the science behind the policy to determine which communities can pump water from the Great Lakes. Screened during summer of 2008 at Discovery World in Milwaukee, WI, and currently used in conjunction with hands-on school projects to understand aquifers. Also broadcast on Milwaukee PBS and Montgomery College Television in Maryland.
