REFLECTS

Scaffolding Strategies Study

March 01, 2010 by Judith Lombana

REFLECTS is a locally field-tested, research-based, reflective practice, and teacher research professional development curriculum for museum educators. This model illustrates a cycle of reflective practice, within which museum educators use newly developed tools to focus on noticing what learners do. They then use newly developed responding tools, which are flexible and selective scaffolding strategies that allow them to be optimally responsive to learners.
