Galaxy Zoo

Investigating Audience Engagement with Citizen Science

Galaxy Zoo is a citizen science project in which volunteers classify galaxies by shape, search for supernovae in images, and model colliding galaxies. Galaxy Zoo has so far resulted in 14 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.
